Two channels.
One clean set of books.
H3ART builds software for film & TV production. Warehouse turns the messy end-of-shoot sell-off into two clean sales channels — invited online auctions and walk-up iPad garage sales — where every sale produces an immutable Czech accounting document.
Warehouse
Two channels, one platform — data never mixes
When a production wraps, it's sitting on a warehouse full of valuable assets that need to be liquidated fast, to two very different kinds of buyers, without creating an accounting nightmare. Warehouse reaches both from one system.
Auction — online, invited buyers
Cataloged, photographed items offered to a curated buyer list during a sale window. Buy now or place an offer — your admin decides, buyers get tidy email digests.
Garage sale — POS on iPads
Walk-up floor sales on enrolled iPads. Snap a photo, set price and quantity, take card or invoice payment — a valid receipt with ARES lookup and QR bank payment prints or emails on the spot.
On the floor
From warehouse to receipt in three taps
Step 1: Snap & name
Photograph the item and name it. Invoice? ARES lookup fills the buyer’s details automatically.
Step 2: Price & discount
Set price, quantity, discount. 21% VAT is computed every time — no mental math on the floor.
Step 3: Take payment
Card or invoice. A numbered receipt is issued the moment money moves, QR code included.
Printed or emailed. Done.
Why Warehouse
Everything a wrap sale needs, nothing it doesn't
Books an accountant and an auditor can both trust.
Compliance is automatic
Every sale produces a numbered, immutable Czech tax document — účtenka, faktura or opravný doklad — with correct 21% VAT and the § 30 limit enforced.
Trustworthy by design
Documents and the audit trail are append-only and database-enforced. Numbers are issued only when money moves.
Fast on the floor
Touch-first iPad PWA that works offline. Bilingual Czech + English, one-tap AirPrint.
Real-time visibility
A split dashboard per channel — daily net-of-VAT takings for the garage sale, agreed totals and open offers for the auction.
FAQs
Frequently asked questions
Everything productions and their accountants ask before running a Warehouse sale.
Is it really compliant with Czech tax rules?
Yes. Every sale produces a numbered, immutable document with correct 21% VAT and the § 30 simplified-receipt limit enforced. Corrections are credit notes, never edits, and numbering is gapless — issued only when money actually moves.
Does it work without a reliable connection?
The iPad app is an offline-friendly PWA, so crew can keep selling on the floor. It’s bilingual — Czech and English — so one shared device serves local crew and international buyers at once.
How is each production’s data kept separate?
Every production is its own isolated tenant. Managers only ever see their own project; invited buyers only ever see what they’ve been invited to.
What does my accountant actually receive?
A clean, day-by-day Excel export, ready to file — split by channel, department and season, net of VAT — that an accountant and an auditor can both trust.
